For church opening hours, see the parish website: saint-didier.paroisse84.fr.

The Christmas nativity scene in Venasque occupies an apse of Notre-Dame church, a lovely little 13th-century building on the site of a much older, 5th-century church.

A dozen or so large clothed santons stand in a Provençal setting beautifully decorated with plants.

Outside the church, winter sunshine lights a superb panorama over the Comtat Venaissin plain and Mont Ventoux.
