Each year, enthusiastic nativity scene designer Christophe Wünsche creates a Christmas display in the living room of his home in Venasque. He places the little figures in natural scenery made from wood, stones and moss gathered during the year.
In January, Carpentras tourist office organises visits to privately displayed nativity scenes in the Comtat area. It is a chance to see Christophe Wünsche's work and meet him. A nativity scene is a pleasure to look at, and meeting its creator makes it even more enjoyable.
